Winter Blessings
Waiting for snowfall,
and the squeals
of pink cheeked children.
In slow motion,
I watched them grow,
and yet the time has passed
in a blur of smiles and tears wept.
The wrapping arms
of young men.
Family gathered
and surrounded in love.
The gift of forever
in their eyes
overflowing with gratitude
I'm blessed on this winter day

Such a beautiful poem Angela. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas
Yes indeed a lovely poem. My children are all grown and now I get to experience life again through my grandchildren.
Have a wonderful weekend and hope Christmas was great for you and the family.

Hello Angela (a.k.a Angie) I am so proud of you that you are able to share your trials and tribulations as you walk the path to healing, please remember to always be kind and loving to that little girl inside of you and that God loves you more than you will ever know. On a lighter note I was scanning the SMW reunion page and just wanted to say hi and let you know how amazing and beautiful your website is. God Bless You - Cathy Dobogai
Just wanted to stop by and wish you a Happy New Year. All the best to you in 2010
