Here And Now
Stay here and now.
Feet on the floor.
You can do this,
it is just a fight today.
Your heart knows the truth,
but cannot speak the words.
Think of laughter,
What does it look like?
Tiny bubbles filled with light,
popping with silver sparkles.
What does it sound like?
A babies first giggle.
What does it feel like?
The warmth of the sun on your skin
after a day at the beach.
Deep breath.
Be here.
Be now.
